Phone Line
CCH has invested in a sophisticated PABX Phone System which can link your organisation with its clients.
Package includes:
CCH can provide your group with its own direct dial number or your existing phone number can be incorporated into CCH’s Phone System (enjoy the savings & benefits but never losing ownership of the phone number). Calls can be permanently or temporarily ported to another number (private or cell phone) or sent to voicemail.
Voicemail - Staff can record their own message encouraging caller to leave a message. These recorded messages can be cleared remotely or emailed to a pre-determined email address for a Staff member to action or forward onto another committee member for them to action.
Auto Attendant. "Welcome to {group name}, to talk to {staff member’s name} press 1, to order resources press 2..." Once caller selects an option it can be sent to any landline, mobile or voicemail. This protects the anonymity of personal phone numbers and can be changed to meet the growing needs of the group.

Our Photocopying and Printing Service is fast and reliable, offering full colour or black & white, single or double-sided copying with automatic stapling or booklet making. Rates vary depending on quantity and pin numbered access can be arranged to provide a DIY service. Faxing & Scanning Services also avaialble.
Shared access to print finishing equipment including binding machine, laminator, gullotines and heavy-duty staplers.

Reception can provide a basic typing & typesetting service for community groups.
