CAR PARKING

1. Weekdays
Please note there is no parking onsite weekdays 8.30am to 5pm as these are leased to organisations during the day.

Street parking is free.  Some time-limited to 30 and 60 minutes.  Most on-street carparks to the east of CCH are free all day but these are often at a premium and can be a challenge to find.

We Suggest...

Public Pay & Display Carpark (Corner Tuam & Barbadoes Sts)

Participants park in the public pay & display carpark on the corner of Tuam and Barbadoes Sts (entrance off Tuam St heading east as this section of Tuam St is one way until it gets to Barbadoes St).  Cost is $5 per day (correct coin required as vending machine does not give change).

CCH is a short 2 minute walk further down Tuam St past the Service Station.

This is not a Wilson's Carpark and provided by a private land owner and is one of the cheapest all day parking options in the city, hence it has become quite popular.

Wilson's Carpark

There are a number of Wilson's Carparks in the area from $5 per day (correct coin required).
Some use Wilson's new Park Mate App which turns your smart phone into a parking meter.  They also offer early-bird parking options.  You will need to download and register for the parking app  before coming into CCH.

CCC Find A Carpark App
This is another option identifying where caraprks are available.

Total Mobility Carparks
There is one mobility carpark on site and one on the Street which is limited to 60 minutes.

2. Evenings (after 5pm) & Weekends
There are 15 onsite carparks available to venue users.
On-street carparking on the evening & weekends is generally easy to find.

METRO BUS SERVICE
CCH is also well serviced by public transport.  The #80 to Parklands stops directly outside 301 Tuam St (2nd Bus Stop from bus exchange).
Any bus going to Ara Institute (formally CPIT) will also be a good option.  first bus stop from the bus exchange stops outside the public pay & display carpark.

CYCLE
CCH also has a cycle stand on site (behind brown fence).
